01:30 AM – Hotel Pickup in Yogyakarta

02:30 AM – Arrival at Kaliurang Basecamp
Meet your local trekking guide, enjoy morning tea and a snack box, and receive a safety briefing before setting off.
03:00 AM – Trek to Bukit Penglek
Begin your early-morning trek through the cool mountain atmosphere. Follow the trail toward the viewpoint while the surrounding landscape remains quiet and dark.
When volcanic activity and visibility permit, there may be an opportunity to observe a volcanic glow from a designated safe viewing area.
05:00 AM – Sunrise at Bukit Penglek
Reach the viewpoint and enjoy the changing colors of dawn over the Mount Merapi landscape. Take photographs, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and experience the peaceful atmosphere before the day begins.
06:00 AM – Forest Trekking and Nature Exploration

07:00 AM – Finish Trekking
Return to the designated basecamp or meeting point for a short rest after your adventure.
08:00 AM – Transfer Back to Yogyakarta
