1. The temple is opened everyday including public holidays at 06.00-17.00

NOTE : 1. Visit the temple only up to the courtyard of the temple can not go up to the top of the temple. 2. The ticket is valid for 28 days from the date of printing/issued. Package combo two temples valid in one day please booked and buy the ticket directly to ticket counter in each temple. 3. Tickets that have been purchased for money cannot be returned for any reason. 4. Tickets can only be used 1 X visit. 5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Online buyers should fill out the online purchasing form with the correct data.
Online buyer will receieve a voucher to be redeemed with authentic ticket on arrival.
Single tickets are valid only for single destinations or single temple as printed.
Tickets are valid for once according to the date of visit.
Ticket has expired/out of date when they exceed one (1) day from the date of the visit.
Ticket which has expired is not refundable or exchangeable.
Age Limitations :Purchasing Online Tickets that is not appropriate with the ticket category, admission and age limitations, the tickets is NOT VALID and should buy new ones to enter.
Payment that is made by way of transfer or using transfer wise , OR CASH WE WILL COLLECT AT YOUR HOTEL IN YOGYAKARTA , buyers are not subject to any additional transaction fee.

We are the official ticket sales agent for Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko Temples.
We only sell tickets per temple. We have not been able to serve the purchase of tickets for the 2 temple pass ( combo ticket ), tickets for domestic student groups, tickets for foreign students, KITAS holder.
For reservations, please book via WA-08112640967 and payment via transfer to our account (we will inform you after the transaction is fixed).
After we receive payment via transfer, we will issue a ticket according to the attached example. After we send the ticket, please print it.
The entrance counter clerk will scan your ticket barcode.
