This hands-on cooking class will teach you how to prepare traditional Indonesian dishes using authentic ingredients and techniques.

Main Course:

1. Nasi Goreng – Indonesian-style fried rice stir-fried with aromatic spices, vegetables, and proteins.
2. Sate Ayam – Skewered and grilled chicken served with a rich peanut sauce.

Snack (Choose One):

• Onde-onde – Sesame-coated glutinous rice balls filled with sweet mung bean paste.
• Klepon – Sticky rice cakes with molten palm sugar filling, rolled in grated coconut.
