OPENING HOURS BOROBUDUR PRAMBANAN AND BOKO TEMPLES NEW NORMAL

Mitigation of Corona Virus

PT. Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan, & Ratu Boko have made several Corona Virus (2019-nCoV) mitigation measures in the Borobudur, Prambanan, and Ratu Boko Park.

Preventive measures that have been done are checking the temperature using a thermal scanner, providing infographic related to corona virus prevention to visitors, also providing tents and medical teams who are available in the tourist area.

PT TWC has also provided hand sanitizer that can be used by tourists in the gate or entrance area.

With this Corona Virus mitigation action, it is expected that the Temple Tourism Park area remains safe and comfortable for tourists to visit and is free of Corona Virus.

1. Opening Hours

The temple parks opened everyday, including public holidays, with operational hour at:

Borobudur Temple Park* : 08.00 A.M – 4.oo P.M (afternoon break about an hour, at 11.30 A.M.-00.30 P.M.)
Prambanan Temple Park: 08.00 A.M – 3.oo P.M
Ratu Boko Temple Park: 09.00 A.M – 5.oo P.M

On Monday, the temple Zone 1 area of Borobudur Temple, Prambanan and Keraton Ratu Boko is closed for visits due to disinfection cleaning.

For Borobudur Temple Park and Prambanan Temple Park, tourist can visit the Court Yard of the Temple and Borobudur Tourism Park area. Visitors are not allowed to enter / climb into the Borobudur Temple or Prambanan Temple main buildings.
